Is there international shipping?

Yes! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and we try to ship worldwide at affordable prices.

How long does a personalized order take?

A personalized product can take up to 4 weeks to complete, including drying times, production times, firing and cooling times. Each piece is made by hand, painted and fired twice.

How do you package the products to ensure they arrive intact?

Each part is carefully packaged to ensure that everything stays intact. The parts are packed in bubble wrap, wrapped in paper and the package is filled with sustainable corn chips so that it does not move around in the box.


Care instructions for ceramics

Are the products dishwasher / microwave safe?
Yes, each piece is both dishwasher and microwave safe, however I recommend limiting the time in the microwave and hand washing the piece to protect the colors and glazes and to enjoy your product for longer.


Returns of Ceramics & Household Goods

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Although we do everything we can to ensure that your items are packaged carefully, we understand that unfortunately accidents can happen during shipping. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact me immediately using the contact form. It is important that you take photos of the damaged product and packaging and send them to me immediately.

Once you receive a confirmation email, you will receive a return label and your piece will be remanufactured and replaced.

Do you accept returns or refunds?
Since each individual product is handmade, we do not accept returns or refunds due to changes of mind.
